Terms and Conditions.

All of the items we sell are Genuine Dyson Spare Parts, and are guaranteed against manufacturing faults for 12 months. Should any item purchased from us be not as described or faulty, please return it to us and we will cover all postage costs involved. Before returning any item please contact us either by phone or email us at sales@dysondoctor.com and we will make sure to correct any problem.

Please make sure before ordering that you have selected the correct part for your particular Dyson, as similar models do not always use similar parts. If you are at all unsure which is the correct part for your model please contact us before placing your order and we will be pleased to offer any advice.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled at any time before despatch for a full refund. If the item has already been despatched, see below for our return policy.
RETURNS POLICY =  PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM.
DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM WITHOUT A MEMBER OF OUR STAFF HAVING AGREED TO THE RETURN BEFOREHAND.
Returned items will only be credited if the return has previously been authorised by a member of our staff, and will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Any item returned to us without prior agreement will be considered unsolicited mail, and will be destroyed.

Items returned as unwanted for any reason must be returned to us in perfect, unused condition, and with all applicable packaging intact. If we authorise a return, all returned items must be sent via the most economical method possible. We will NOT refund any postage costs involved, unless agreed with a member of our staff beforehand.
All returned items must be returned within 7 days of a member of our staff having agreed to the item being returned.
DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM WITHOUT A MEMBER OF OUR STAFF HAVING AGREED TO THE RETURN BEFOREHAND.

When you place an order with us we collect your name, address, e-mail address, delivery address, phone number and credit/debit card information. We do not store your credit/debit card number anywhere on our system and it is not accessible to any member of our staff. All credit/debit card information is collected via 128-Bit SSL (secure socket layer) server and is fully secure.
